Cooney Provisions ("we," "us," or "our") operates an internal SMS notification program used to remind our drivers to submit their weekly special order sheets.
We collect the mobile phone numbers of our drivers solely for the purpose of sending order-related reminders. We do not collect any other personal information through this SMS program.
Mobile phone numbers are used only to send operational text message reminders related to special order submissions. We do not use these numbers for marketing or advertising.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely by Cooney Provisions to deliver the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Recipients can expect approximately one message per week.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS reminders. Reply HELP for assistance.
